Answer: Many
surfers wear contacts. We recommend that you
either wear a pair of disposables or a pair
that you can live without incase you lose
one.

Answer: The
kind that you like the best. We provide rash
guards.

Question: Can I keep the equipment to use after the
class is over?
Answer:

the equipment is available after your lesson
then arrangements

Answer: Exercises
we find helpful include: swimming laps, crunches,
