In Costa Rica we are based out of a wonderful hotel that is located right in Montezuma. We are minutes away from Malpais which is internationally known as a world class surf spot. No other Costa Rica surf school or Costa Rica surf camp has a location identical to ours, and no one knows Costa Rica like the way we do!

Here in the Montezuma/Malpais area, you can find waves suitable for all skill levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Air Transportation
We fly either out of Miami or Ft. Lauderdale and arrive in Costa Rica at San Jose Airport and then connect to a charter flight to Tambor Airport which is minutes away from our facility. Most Airlines will allow up to bring one Surfboard bag with up to 3 boards in a bag. There may be additional fees on surfboard bags and sizes.
Ground Transportation:
Upon arrival at Tambor Airport you then be met by a Florida Surf Lessons Guide and then transported to the resort destination in Montezuma. Approximate travel time from Airport to Resort is 20 minutes. You will also be adventuring and touring with a bilingual guide throughout your stay.
